Our Academic Board applies the solemn language of higher education to distinctions of decidedly limited value. The result is a certificate designed with care, awarded with ceremony, and understood as a joke.
A matter of record
IQQ is a project for entertainment and parody. An issued certificate confirms that IQQ created the document. It has no academic or professional standing and does not establish that a claim about its recipient is true.

Are the qualifications real?
They have no academic or professional standing. The certificates are designed to be elegant keepsakes for an obvious joke.
Can I create one for myself?
Yes. The Academic Board welcomes self-nominations.
Can I create one for a friend?
Yes. Please keep the nomination playful and respectful; never use it to harass or impersonate someone.
How much does a certificate cost?
US$5 per certificate, with no subscription. Local test checkout is clearly labelled, simulates payment and does not charge money. Real checkout depends on the configured service.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase or the certificate becoming available, counted from whichever date is later. No reason is required, and downloading the document does not prevent a request. Email support@iqqinstitute.org, preferably from the purchase email address, with the order reference or certificate number. We respond within one business day. Broader rights under applicable local law remain protected.
Can I email it to a friend?
You can optionally request one surprise invitation after issuance. The invitation identifies the nominator and includes reporting and opt-out links. Local tests capture the email without sending it.
Can a certificate be verified?
Yes. Its number and QR lead to a registry lookup and digital signature check. This confirms an IQQ record; it does not verify the joke or a personal characteristic. Test records are identified.
Can a recipient request removal?
Yes. Submit the certificate number and your concern through the reporting form. The purchaser can also remove the document from their private management page. Removed documents and photos become unavailable.
Which languages are available?
English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. The certificate language can differ from the website language.
How do I receive the files?
After payment confirmation and document preparation, your private management page provides a high-resolution PNG and an A4 landscape PDF. Keep its access link private; it expires after 30 days.
